Delivery policy

The delivery policy for the Rosacandela online store is as follows:

All orders placed after 6:00 PM will be considered orders for the following day.

In-Store Pickup

1- Merchandise pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This service is available only in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

2- Once the order is confirmed, you have a period of fifteen (15) days to pick it up. If the order is not collected within the specified timeframe, we will cancel the order and issue a credit note.

Home Delivery

1- Our delivery commitment is forty-eight (48) hours for Santo Domingo and Santiago, and a maximum of seven (7) to fifteen (15) days for the rest of the country.

2- During peak seasons such as Mother's Day, Black Friday, and Christmas, the maximum delivery time is fifteen (15) business days.

3- Upon delivery, the recipient must identify themselves by presenting their national ID card or a valid passport.

4- Delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
