delivery policies

The delivery policy that will be used in the Rosacandela virtual store will be the following:

All orders placed after 6:00 PM will be considered as next day orders.

physical collection

1- The hours for merchandise collection are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. only available in  Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

2- After the order is confirmed, you have a period of fifteen (15) days to withdraw it. In case you do not withdraw your order in the indicated period, we will proceed to cancel the order and make a credit note.

Home delivery

1- Our delivery commitment is forty-eight (72) hours for Santo Domingo and Santiago, and in the rest of the country from seven (7) to fifteen (15) days maximum.

2- In high seasons such as Mother's Day, Black Friday and Christmas, the delivery time will be a maximum of fifteen (15) working days.

3- At the time of delivery of the order, the person who receives must identify himself by presenting his current identity card or passport.

4- The working hours are from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
